Adjustments of Guangzhou Library Service Arrangements during the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Period

根据当前疫情防控工作进展，结合读者需求和本馆实际情况，现就广州图书馆适度开放服务措施调整如下：

According to the latest situation of the COVID-19 containment and our readers’ demand, we adjust our service arrangements as follows:

1.增加预约进馆人数：将每日预约进馆人数总量从4000人调整到6000人，同时在馆人数调整为3000人以内。

1. Increase the number of daily visitors. The total number of daily visitors by real-name appointment increases to 6000, with a maximum of 3000 visitors in the library at the same time.

2.延长开放时间：将每日开放时间从9:00-16:00调整为9:00-17:00，逢星期三闭馆。

2. Extend opening hours. Our library will be open from 9:00 to 17:00, closed on Wednesday.

3.细分预约服务时段：将预约服务时段从每日两场（9:00-12:00，13:00-16:00）调整为每日四场（9:00-11:00,11:00-13:00,13:00-15:00,15:00-17:00）。

3.Adjust appointment sessions. Four appointment sessions are available: 9:00-11:00, 11:00-13:00, 13:00-15:00, 15:00-17:00.

温馨提示：首场8:30起开放签到，设置馆内首层西大堂为等候开馆区，9:00正式提供进馆服务，其余三场按预约时段签到进馆。读者离馆后当日不能再次预约进馆，16:40停止当天预约，16:50停止签到进馆。

Tips: The first session check-in starts at 8:30. Meanwhile, the library west lobby will serve as the waiting area until the official entrance time 9:00. The other three sessions check-in is arranged according to your appointment record. Another appointment to enter the library on the same day is unavailable after you leave the library. The fourth session appointment will be closed at 16:40 on the same day, while the check-in will be closed at 16:50.
