Notice on Adjusting Library Borrowing Rules

In order to better meet the public's borrowing needs, further promote reading for all and encourage readers to read more and make better use of library resources, our library will make the following adjustments to the literature borrowing rules starting from May 1:
I. Adjustment of Borrowing Limits, Loan Periods and Renewal Times

Borrowing Limit |
The number of items that can be borrowed at once is increased from 30 items to 40 items. |

Borrowing Period |
The borrowing period for books is changed from 31 days into 21 days. |

Renewal Times |
The number of times books can be renewed is increased from 1 time to 3 times. The total borrowing period is increased from 62 days to 84 days. Renewals are not allowed if the item has been reserved by other readers. |

Special Reminder |
The loan period for journals, audio-visual materials and publications from the Creative Design Library remains unchanged at 15 days, with 1 renewal allowed. |
II. Implementation of Reader Card Points Management
